We used Anthony and his father to replace all electrical radiators, emergency lighting in our block of flats. From the start I found Anthony easy to deal with and very helpful. Arrange a next day plumbers. Got message with expected times but no one showed up. After chasing was told it was a mistake and rearranged for the following day. Had to pay for a next day service which I never received. Person on phone said they are not trained to deal with that issue and would pass on the someone else but have not heard anything.
