Despite the competitive pricing, the lack of professionalism makes their services impossible to recommend. For the first appointment (11am-1pm), they texted after 12pm to say they couldn't arrive before 1pm. For the rescheduled appointment, they did not show up. The job done is having issues. I have tried to contact Marlon, he said is gonna come back to look into it but unfortunately i haven't heard anything back. The extractor fan can't be switched off.

A good reliable electrician, turned up when he said, did everything we agreed on. Consulted when we needed to adjust plans and let me know when circuits would need to be switched off. He was happy to answer questions and make suggestions, overall a very pleasant person to deal with and I will be using him again in the future.

Please do not hire this man, not for bathroom work anyway! I had to have the work redone after he left his really shoddy work. Worst of all he thought he did a grand job. I would give him 0 rating for the long drawn out time it took to complete the work and the very poor workmanship. Site doesn't allow zero but believe me 1 is too much.

Shocking work. We paid £3,400 for a brand new bathroom with new flooring throughout the home and this builder James Baker who runs under various business names from J W to The Dark Spark electrical in Spalding has destroyed the bathroom and his so called friends have placed a worthless and extremely shoddy bad job. A 5 year old could do better. We are now taking legal action after a flooding, no work for 2 weeks and wall panels that are such a bad job we have to get a new bathroom fitted.
