Sam…responded quickly and came to the property and quoted same day. He was able to install / complete the internal work before Xmas. Once the terrible January weather had improved he returned and did an excellent job sorting and installing all the outside lights and the garage. Really great job would definitely recommend . HORRENDOUS experience. Sadly Phil is not a bathroom fitter and I now need to pay someone else to fix the problems he has left me with. I was bullied into paying in full, and left the bathroom with holes in the walls, uneven tiles, rotten bricks, leaking grout and an extractor that’s not pulling. I have asked Phil to return and fix the problems and get given excuse after excuse. I asked him to return some money to cover the cost of getting things fixed, not a penny returned. I am now left out of pocket.

Shocking work. We paid £3,400 for a brand new bathroom with new flooring throughout the home and this builder James Baker who runs under various business names from J W to The Dark Spark electrical in Spalding has destroyed the bathroom and his so called friends have placed a worthless and extremely shoddy bad job. A 5 year old could do better. We are now taking legal action after a flooding, no work for 2 weeks and wall panels that are such a bad job we have to get a new bathroom fitted.
