Came to our house to quote for job. Gave a good price so text him back on the Thursday to go ahead with the job. It is now Monday night and still no confirmation. Very poor

I have provided a phone number in the chat. A £8000 job falling apart in less than a year is really poor work. It would be great if fixed by yourselves. At least you are saying 10 years guarantee here on line.

Came to fit a new shower tray and enclosure 19/12 and fit a lintel over a fire which was done well.However the shower we found 2 days after, due to waiting for sealant to dry, is unusable as the water does not drain away and floods the floor, also the tiles they put on around the shower fell off the wall as they were not stuck on properly before grout. I had paid them the day the job was done .I asked Paul to rectify it and he said he would on 31/12,then didn't attend & told me to get another plumber !

Your comments doesn’t make sense. You message me now when it’s been how long since you damaged my property. Stop lying you never came over. I’ve chased you for days to come and you have ignored. John is a really nice guy, I'd love to rate his actual work but after chasing for quotes for a few weeks I should have realised. I've been constantly chasing for three months to get the work complete. No option but to return insurance cheque for payment for the work I can't get completed and go through the whole process again with someone reliable. Shame as i said he seemed a really nice guy!.

Absolutely fantastic, called and completed job within hours of posting my ad. Would definitely recommend that anyone who doesn't have a clue about alarm systems, then ask for Paul. Talked us through it, step by step, explained in full all the techy stuff and best of all didn't want a fortune for it. Nice to meet a real genuine professional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Found on Rated People. Bathroom was fitted to a seemingly good standard and as expected, but over a week later a mark appeared on the kitchen ceiling this became bigger their was a leak coming from the new bathroom. Whilst issue was resolved, this puts a question mark over the quality of the workmanship. The water marks on the ceiling needed sorting this lead to a painter and plasterer visiting, but the painter expected the paint to have been dropped off, it wasn’t. Months later the job remains not done.
