I have been in property development for 15 years and I have dealt with excellent tradesmen as well as bad tradesmen. I can categorically say that Shawn is one of the best tradesmen I have dealt with. He provided me with very competitive quote, completed job when he said he would and his finish is brilliant. His way of dealing with customers is clam and professional.He did not ask me for penny upfront and all was paid after he invoiced me having finished the job.

Elliott responded quickly to my request, indicating that he could view the job promptly. However the damage incurred by the snow turned out to be less extensive than first thought and I did not need to proceed with this. Since the website requires a star rating I have given him good ratings bsed on the email exchange with him alone, no work having ben done.

I was apprehensive appointing someone through a website, but so glad I did Carl was great, from a very informative initial meeting and then estimate all the way through to completion of 1 ensuite, 1 small family bathroom and 1 small downstairs toilet. He was full of useful ideas which helped the project go smoothly. Due to the nature of this project, flexibility was key and he excelled in this regards. Charlie got the boiler working very quickly, but spent quite a bit of time servicing, as it seems the boiler hadn't been serviced for a long time. He even contacted the boiler manufacturer for advice on a couple of points. Superb service, very well impressed. Thanks Charlie

The windows company was very quick, the staff contacted me, came to look at it, and then took it to its office, they fixed it and came to install it, and was brilliant, took him 3hrs, compared to the company that kept me “dancing” for 3weeks…..
