Richmond arrived at my house as soon as job was posted. It was an element replacement in a range cooker oven but it turned out I had to replace the entire cooker given the state we found it. Disappointed to say the least, Anna got in touch after we posted our job advert, she ask for further lead on a job that was urgent fix to a leak for us, sent all additional requested info on job lead to her and she never got back or even bother to send someone out as agreed, extreamly poor customer service for a start and i definately wont recommend
