We honestly felt like we hit the jackpot with Colin and Kirk! They arrived early each day, worked quickly but with great attention to detail, and brought fantastic ideas to the table. Nothing was ever too much trouble. One of their standout strengths is communication — Colin kept us informed every step of the way, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Zero, if possible. Not sure if it’s truthful. I took 3 days off work - didn’t turn up on any day. Claimed death in family on third day so maybe unfair. Still; car broken on one day, need to go to doctors on third, then death on fourth. I’m 3 days out of pocket now! Told me all jobs on hold, who knows maybe my review will help someone.

He said he could do work done 2 days just up and left and said he would text me Thursday and would come on Friday and now I am left with work half done as he said he has right to council contract at any time so if I was anyone on here I would not hire as he is a con man I have contacted trading standers as he as used all my pipes and half done work and now saying we have threaten him he meant to have recorded but can't prove it so I would not hire as he told me he could do it but cause another job has call

Work was done effectively and efficiently, some unforeseen problems were dealt with at no extra cost to me. Although I’m sure they were a time issue to Nick. His going the extra mile at no change of price was much appreciated.

David has done an excellent job - we are really pleased with our kitchen tiling. He was reliable, polite, hardworking and conscientious and went over and above to ensure we were happy. Gary shepherd and his team worked conscientiously to provide the best service possible. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They were always polite and a pleasure to work with.
