Peter has many years experience in the building trade. This knowledge helped at each stage of my project. The quote was a fixed price. During the work several issues cropped up that neither of us could have predicted but Peter was extremely flexible and honest at resolving these at no extra cost. Peter is very enthusiastic and passionate about his work. His basic principle is that he works as hard for you as he would do if it was his own house. When we moved into our new house we needed power in the shed for the washing machine etc and a few other small jobs. Lee gave us a very reasonable quote and arranged to do the work the following weekend. He arrived promptly at the agreed time and worked almost non-stop. He did everything we had asked, plus a couple of additional jobs, and it all looks and works great. His work is very neat and he tidied up as he went along. We wont hesitate to recommend Lee and will definitely ask him first in future.
