James arrived punctually. He was able to assess what needed doing very quickly and set to work. He cleaned up thoroughly after himself and made sure we were happy with the results. He even hung up the curtains on the newly installed curtains rail for us. Ernest did a brilliant job in a basement bedroom where water had come in under the wooden floor because of poor damp proofing around the foot of the lightwell outside. About 25% of the floor areaway affected. He removed this deftly and installed new boards he had sourced. The match is really good. He is every bit as good as his CV suggests.
