We hired Cani Building Services to replace the front stairs and pathway of our Victorian home with granite pavers in the spring of 2025. Carl did an amazing job. We initially only wanted a shower enclosure installation in our downstairs toilet but Carl also did a bathtub and sink replacement in our upstairs bathroom. Carl comes at the time he states and works till late. He leaves the house clean and tidy when he leaves. Very hardworking and skilled. Very impressed with his work and craftsmanship. His prices are fair and reasonable. I will be recommending Carl to anyone who needs work done in their house.

One of the roofers arrived (on time) and after inspection of the roof gve us a very competitive quote. Having agreed price, date and time to start the work, they arrived on time and immediately started working. Throughout the day they were considerate as they had to access the roof via the house, ensuring that everything was left clean and tidy. You would not think you had just spent a whole day with roofrees in the house as the roof looked like new (solar reflective paint). Would recommend this firm as a unit providing a service without being "ripped off", as you paid the price agreed with no add-ons.
