Exceptional. Joe responded promptly to our ad alongside 2 other plumbers and gave us a competitive quote. He did the work within 24 hours, even buying parts for us. Ashburn roofing installed lead flashing for me on a slate roof. The job was done quickly and looks great. He spent quite a bit of time talking me through various choices and also highlighted some other problem areas that I was then able to address. He also kept to the quoted price.
