AF Building&Maintenance Ltd was formed in 2015 by Arek Fleszer, who has 22 years experience in the construction industry. It is a small, friendly and thriving company. We have completed a number of contracts with various multinational and local companies.
Arek gave us a fair quote and worked with us for a suitable start date. Arek, Kris and Gutek were lovely, friendly and polite. Nothing was too much trouble and did a fantastic job of the work we needed doing even going beyond to ensure a good finish. Absolute pleasure to have them here for 7-8 weeks. We had a few jobs that needed doing which had built up - painting, wallpapering, clearing/sealing the block paving, fitting a shower screen etc. Bill was great - he came and priced up and was able to get on with the works quickly. He was punctual, tidy and did everything we had asked him to. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

It was a relief to have a builder who doesn't take on other jobs at the same time. Mark and Gaz gave a reasonable timeframe and price and stuck to it. We had recently bought the property and ended up asking for considerably more work to be done than was first advertised. This is largely testament to the fact that we had built a trusting relationship with Mark and had peace of mind that the job would get done well and for the price quoted. Yes his banter was terrible at times but you can't have it all!
Spencer came and fitted our undermount sink at very short notice. He was efficient, and professional and we would definitely use him again and recommend his work to others. We were very happy with the completed job.
