Responded very quickly and was able to come and do the job the same day, despite it being a small job. I had a problem with a leak to my downstairs neighbour and Mark did a very good job resealing the bath and investigating other potential sources of the problem.

John was a nice chap who gave an honest assessment of our problem. John determined that there was not a fault with our plumbing and therefore we were only required to pay for his investigation effort. He was on time, polite and reasonably priced.

Very quick to respond and come out to assess the work that needed doing. Scott's quote was much more competitive than the two big name plumbers I originally called, completely transparent (i.e. no hidden extras) and all of the work very clearly explained. Extremely good level of service and would thoroughly recommend.

Mark was amazing. Great competitive quote and replaced our mixer shower tap very quickly. His supply and fit service was exceptional and Mark left the place nice and clean and tidy. We can't recommend Mark highly enough and definitely will call him for any future plumbing work. A very polite competent tradesman.

Really happy with every aspect of Tony's work. He completed 12 different jobs for me in the end and each was to a high standard, plus Tony went the extra mile finding solutions to problems and recommending alternatives when required. Tony's customer service is a cut above your average tradesman too (in my experience). He arrives on time, works long days and keeps you informed of costs and plans every step of the way. Thoroughly decent bloke.

I recently had a mansard loft conversion and a two storey rear extension completed by Home Shape Ltd. Overall, I am very pleased with the work they have done. The project was finished on time and within the agreed budget. The builders were professional, courteous, and easy to communicate with throughout the process. The quality of craftsmanship is excellent; both the loft conversion and the extension blend seamlessly with the existing house. I would highly recommend them.

We used Fabio to turn our family bathroom into two ensuite wet room shower rooms. We found him very honest and reliable, working weekends to get the job done in time! We did have additional costs but in fairness that was due to our house and us not knowing what we actually wanted to do, not him. But even so he was very reasonable and would use him again on the next project!

Very good professionals. The work was done quickly and to a high standard. A bit on the expensive side - I payed £400 for installing 3 wardrobe shelves and 2 rails, fixing a broken drawer and the materials. Needed it urgently, otherwise would have shopped around.
