Have been very impressed with this company. They serviced our oil fired boiler where we were experiencing reduced temperature with our hot water. They could have recommended a water softener but advised the replacement of a cheaper boiler part as the most ecomonomical option for our area. They also came back the same evening at a weekend when we encountered a slight problem and rectified it. This was months ago and we have not encoutered any problems since. Infact our water pressure is better than before.

The sales person, Mark went through everything in meticulous detail. The team who fitted it did it in one day and the price was very reasonable. I was over the moon with this. We have had some bad weather in the last couple of weeks and so far everything seems OK. I would also say the house feels a little warmer already!

Ryan could not have been more helpful and friendly, it was a pleasure hiring him. He completed a complex job removing a broken boiler, installing a new one, re-routing a gas through 30m of new pipe and installing a radiator, then getting it all to work with our existing smart home system. After posting our request David called us back within the hour and offered to come out that night (althought it was gone 11pm) if we were without water. We were OK and arranged for him to come the next evening. He arrived promptly and carried out the work quickly and efficiently, explaining what he was doing and why. He charged exactly what he had quoted (which was extremely reasonable). I cannot fault his professionalism or his workmanship. Would use him again without a doubt, and recommend to others.

I have been in the domestic heating industry for 22 years I was trained by my father from school on servicing, maintaining, refurbishing AGA cookers. After 3 years I then went on to become OFTEC qualified in Oil fired boilers and maintenance. Then built up a customer database throughout east anglia. In 2008 I did a City and Guilds level 2 plumbing qualification to extend my services to my customers even more. Being able to offer them an Installation of central heating boilers and heating system maintenance. 2 years ago I became a Grant UK boiler accredited engineer giving me the opportunity to be able to offer my customers extended product warranties of up to 10 years. Also I install full central heating systems and am a certified installer of unvented hot water cylinders. Regards Andrew
