This firm sub contracted out the work to a local plumber/carpenter who I found difficult to contact. I needed a new shower as he said he couldn`t repair it. I selected the cheapest one as I am upgrading my bathroom later this year. He couldn`t get it straight away so I selected a dearer one which he fitted. He then told me he was going away the next day. If I hadn`t selected the dearer one I would still be waiting! There is some moisture leaking but I really don`t want him again so I`ll wait and see.

AVOID AT ALL COST and it is the right company. Don’t pay him or his partner Nick Moules any money. Nick will probably visit your home within a couple of hours of posting the job (making you feel confident that your job will be finished as quickly as you need it to be) send you links to the materials to be purchased, ask for deposit and then stop all forms of communication. They will quote +/- £20 to the other tradesmen. Should be banned on this site.

All the work (several smallish jobs - replacing a tap, radiator and external drain pipe along with investigating a strange noise in the loft!) was completed quickly and well. So nice to have a fully functioning bathroom again! The price was competitive too.

Chris attended quickly on bank holiday weekend, fixed the blocked loo and sink and went over above leaving it really clean which I hadn’t expected! He also tried to help out with an overflow issue. Really friendly helpful guy especially as we have a vulnerable adult at home. Highly recommended and I’d book him again in an instant if I needed drains help.

Save your money and do not trust these guys to finish the job. Rubbish been outside my place for 5 weeks and have been told 5 different dates for collection and let down each time. Totally unorganized people and arrangements made for work and again let down night before. Plasterer has not finished and have been ghosted by them. Shocking l!
