This company was amazing. The job was tricky but they kept at it finally restoring heating where others couldn’t They had to raise carpets flooring and floorboards but everything was put back perfectly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

I would not hesitate to recommend S & L Property Services (Leeds) Ltd. Luke and Jamie fitted my kitchen within the expected time, as quoted and did a fantastic job. They went over and above to sort out my design and the delivery when my supplier messed up!; showed great attention to detail and finish; were very clean and tidy; and even started early & finished late get the kitchen finished on time. After hiring this company I had a drain repair done with the same people but trading under the name Miconn. A man came with his young daughter to do the repair on my drain which was left in a mess with concrete down my drive. A year later, after heavy rain, the repair has failed and water poured into my cellar. I contacted Michael who said he would investigate and have a look. Then no reply,no contact, no show. I do not recommend this company. My cellar is ruined.

Took five weeks between jobs didn't use dust sheets made a mess of the rugs. Scratched the flooring in the living room and didn't level my floor before installing bath sink and toilet. Im left with an uneven floor.

Installed French doors into the side of a garage which involved cutting a new opening into the brickwork. Great job. Very quick to respond. Clear on timescales and a very fair price. Would highly recommend based on this experience.
