Montel did an excellent job giving the carpets in all four bedrooms, the stairs and the landing of our house a deep clean. He even managed to remove some long standing stains. His fee is moderately priced and he was prompt even though he came from afar to do this job. I also hired him for a secondary job painting our master and kids bedrooms and he nailed that job too. I highly recommend him.

George responded quickly to my request, gave a very reasonable quote, did a really quite tricky and complicated job above a conservatory, to fix cracks in the pebbledash of an external wall, and seal all around the windows. A fortnight later he re-plastered internally. George gives the impression of being somewhat chaotic! But he is extremely experienced, knows what he is doing, and actually did a very good job. The timings and quote agreed to were respected, he was polite and cordial, and communicated well

Joseph arrived late, brought incorrect and insufficient materials & took 8hrs to finish 3 small jobs. When I raised concerns, he deflected blame & suggested I buy more materials or have the job incomplete. I had to call for help to intervene before he agreed to complete the work. After paying, he made inappropriate comments about how I should have negotiated with him & about 'understanding people's minds.' I wouldn’t recommend his services, I wish him the best and hope he continues to improve his skills.

I didn't have the work done. They came across as unprofessional and pushy. I can't coment on the quality of the work but I can coment on the quote process. Just verbal price. When I pushed for an email quote I just got the price again and little else. Nothing about what they were going to do as part of the job. I expect better. The last few tradesmen I have had on Rated have been excellent full written quotes and professional from the start. These guys even had to ask if they could borrow a tape measure!
