Unfortunately on two occasions now Grant has agreed to attend a job and not shown up. After the first time, I gave him the benefit of the doubt. That was a mistake. It’s a shame as he seems like a nice guy who does a good job, but if it’s reliable you’re after, I’d go elsewhere.

Darryl and team have done an outstanding job. Came early and prepared the entire hall stairs and landing. All doors, handles and light fittings covered. They worked hard all day and were very meticulous about everything. Completed the job to a very high standard and cleaned up, before they left on day 2. Worked late to complete the job. Matt was the only tradesman to reply (thought it said at least 3 people would ! As it happens it was fine . He came and looked at the job when he said he would and kept me well informed on emails. We had a broken window pane, Simon came out to measure and rang the glaziers there and then to give us a quote. As soon as the glass was ready 2 days later it was fitted and he took the old one away. Simon was lovely and polite, quick, efficient and friendly. Will use again.
