Jake was a perfect tradesman. He was polite & punctual, worked extremely hard and went beyond what was expected of him with extra requests etc. The Oak worktops were cut & installed to perfection & the tiling was just as good. I would definitely recommend.

Mark fixed a storage heater for me, he wanted to be paid in cash. I asked him to bring an invoice / receipt with him. He didn't. He promised me he'd send one when he got home. I have asked him on 4 separate occasions to provide me with a receipt for the work and have been promised one on each occasion. If you do need a receipt, I would suggest not using this electrician, other than that he did do the work for the money quoted.

When finished installing the new consumer unit he did not read me the riot act nor lecture me on all the other work required. He just gave me quiet advice and a very reasonable estimate to add the final touches. Just what I wanted.
