We are now developing an Electric Vehicle Charge Point installation business called NMEV. NMEV are an OZEV (Office for Zero Emmission Vehicles) Registered EV Charge point installer. Mian complaint is not the mistake but being ignored for months after. We quickly discovered cracks in the walls and ceilings which he did not come back and rectify. He also failed to notice some rising damp which he simply painted over . This damp then became visible and discoloured the wall. This meant that we had to pay for damp proofers to come and take the plaster off the wall Shahid painted and we are waiting for a different painter and decorator to come and re-do the job we paid Shahid to do.

Contacted Rated People as I required a consumer unit change and test certificate. I was cont by James within a minute, an easy to understand and easy to talk to person who quickly established my requirements. He provided a date and ball park cost to be confirmed later. A date and price agreed, 7 days notice. The work was completed today, punctual and efficient. Was contacted a little later when the work was finished certificate issued along with invoice. Overall great service no fuss and efficient.
