I received a phone call within 10 minutes of logging my request. They arrived promptly, was very professional and fixed the problem within the hour. I feel their prices are competitive and would use them again.
John is a really nice guy, I'd love to rate his actual work but after chasing for quotes for a few weeks I should have realised. I've been constantly chasing for three months to get the work complete. No option but to return insurance cheque for payment for the work I can't get completed and go through the whole process again with someone reliable. Shame as i said he seemed a really nice guy!.
