Workmanship - Very Good, Communication - Excellent, Quote - reasonable and Fair. Job posted, within 1 day survey done, communicated via email and phone with the additional jobs and also what materials were need. Even though Covid has forced us to postpone the job twice, as they say 3rd time lucky, the job was finished in 1 day. Hassle free & Pain free. Even though the quote I received was not the cheapest, I went with T&K Electric. Must say this was one of the best repair work I got done.
I'm fairly new to the industry, so I'm not yet jaded. I still find my work interesting! I like to make tomorrow better than today, and my work helps me achieve this in some small (or large) way to my clients. I'm looking for jobs on the small side of things, as I like to start and finish a job on the same day where possible! I have experience in: Changing light fittings, Adding new fittings to new positions and running wires to the new position, Adding external lights and security lights, Pendant lights and downlighters, Moving switches, Adding switches to control lights from another point, Replacing on-the-wall sockets to flush fittings with the box inside the wall - both brick walls and plasterboard walls, Upgrading single sockets to double sockets, Moving and adding sockets, Adding outside sockets, Replacing extractor fans, Connecting cookers and hobs, And probably a few other things that I've forgotten! My qualifications include a diploma in electrical installations, along with the calculations required to ensure the installation is electrically safe, using the correct size wires for the size and load of the circuit. I have Part P, the part of the building regulations for electrical work, as it affects the structure of the building. This is to ensure wires are run through the best places to ensure that they don't affect the integrity of your building. I also have a level 2 Inspection and Testing certification, to ensure that the electrical work I've done is wired up correctly, and safe given the size of the wires and the circuit breaker in the consumer unit (also known as the fuse board).

We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I would thoroughly recommend LFC to anyone in need of build work – large or small, their prices are incredibly good and the dedication and attention to detail are very impressive. we recently employed m.p.g building services to refurbish our bathroom. Mark did an exceptional job, fitting new bath,w,c. heated towel rail, sink vanity unit and an electric pump to increase water pressure in bathroom. He also re-tiled the floor and walls . Adam was very polite and was carefull not to disrupt the house when he was working. The standard of his work is very high and he told me he treats every job as if he was doing it in his own home. I only put reliability at 4 stars because the job did take longer as he had to go back to the factory to get the doors trimmed because they were a fraction to big. He did this willingly even though he had to travel to Oxford. I would recomend him to anyone and I will deffinately use him again.
