Marcel worked efficiently to deliver a high quality finish to our bathroom renovation. He communicated what he was doing at each stage of the renovation and was helpful in sourcing the materials. The quote was very reasonable in comparison to other quotes we received, our first quote was honoured despite the job being more complex than initially anticipated. I was badly disappointed with the work, discussed this with Petru, sent him photos, he was still adamant he had done excellent work. I had to engage another contractor, who I had to pay not only to do the work, but to undo the poor outcome of Petru's work. I hired Petru based on his excellent feedback, and considered asking him to do more work in my home; I regret that decision, and will not hire contractors via websites like this any time again.
