Happy to recommend these builders, They carried out some tiling work, which was harder than it sounds as it was 3 huge toilets in a church. They worked to budget and time scale, working hard to keep the timings to fit in with the demands of a busy church. They kept the place clean and tidy so the church could function. The work was finished to a high standard, and they had a good attention to detail. They communicated well and sorted out the problems with ease.

They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. I originally wanted the front of a terraced house rendered to which bobby came round and we had a chat. In the end I asked him to look at another one of my houses which we have since gone ahead with and had rendered. Stuck to the price quoted and answered every question I threw at him with in depth knowledge! The work carried out itself I cannot fault, it is absolutely immaculate. Couldn't of asked for anyone better to do the work! 10/10 for every aspect from start to finish, would definitely recommend.

BE WARNED! OK plasterer, APPALLING BUILDER. Put rubber roof on when wet, so now roof is blistering/bubbling. Tried to use piece of aluminum and wood to hold up roof--told by builder inspector he needed lintel. Lied to us, ignored inspector & tried to carry on using aluminum. Tired to get us to pay for insulation included in the quote. Got angry when we asked him not to smoke in our house. Three weeks after said work would be done (and with no changes to original job), walked off job without work completed.

Our build prerequisites were to divide a room & close an open archway, build two extra walls, move steps and a handrail, put in two entrances with doors for the new build and paint & carpet this area. Matthew (MDCC Construction) was qualified and very helpful – giving us good advice. He is an honest, tidy and thorough builder, willing to accommodate the building manager's questions and happy to make amendments. We were thrilled with the speed and finish of this build, and we will definitely use them again.
