Excellent work carried out. Always in contact answering and solving any queries straight away. Great value for money. The flat roof made into a sloping roof with a sliding door and velux window has transferred the newly fitted kitchen which was installed. They did above and beyond. Would definitely recommend.

Jason and his partner fitter a new bathroom for me, including all new plasterboard etc as water had gotten behind the old tiles. They tiled the floor and walls for us also. The bathroom looks brilliant couldn’t be happier, more than happy to trust them when not at the property and to top it all off when they were finished I went out to my garage so that I could take all of the rubbish to the tip and they had beat me to it. Will be hiring again for my second bathroom shortly!

We needed a bathroom ceiling repaired and plastered quickly. Ian was very prompt in quoting vert competitively and we engaged him. He worked very well, very tidy (lots of protective coverings on the floor etc). Did the bond coat, and returned next day to skim - it looks really great. Well done, and would certainly recommend him. Established over 80 years ago London Builders are FMB & NHBC registered & operate in Greater London providing a comprehensive range of services for residential properties from design and construction through to refurbishment, repairs & re-decoration.
They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. The job was posted on 22nd July 2025 and Wade Ellis of Ellis Roofing And Building Ltd responded 2 days later. After a survey, I received a quote on 26th July, which was accepted. A skip arrived on 29th July and the work commenced next day. The job was completed on 1st August. The bricklayer and his female trainee assistant got on with the job without any fuss, and they were very pleasant to deal with. The aim of the project has been delivered and I am very happy with the result. I recommend them. 5 stars!
