ROOF LEAK AFTER HEAVY RAIN After picking up the job on Rated People Adam attended and within 48 hours provided a broad quote for the work needed, additionally cautioned me as to the possibility of necessary work not immediately apparent at first sight. Adam and his friendly, competent team arrived as arranged, did a good job to roof verges, Ridges, Valleys, replacing tiles and cleaning up the site daily. Three weeks later after more heavy rain and snow my roof is sound. Thank you! Highly commended.

Needed some property maintenance doing. I contacted Jani and he came out the same day to quote. By the next day he had started and completed on 2nd day, honest, reliable and does a great job.

The job was a small patio at the end of my garden. Good quality professional job, which is now weathering nicely. We had some minor difficulties with delivery schedules, but Adam overcame these with the minimum of bother to me.

Was a little dubious about hiring tradesmen through the internet.but i need not have had any concerns. 'Gez' was a complete star! He listened to what I wanted and accommodated almost to the letter (compromise was made on only a few minor things because of what was/was not physically possible) His work is of a really high standard, and I can see he really takes pride in wanting to do a good job and producing a clean and beautiful job. He is extremely trustworthy, very polite and curtious (he's also a good laugh!)He always lets you know what he is going to be doing the following day so you are not left wondering where you are in the job. The transformation of my bathroom is amazing and I can't thank him enough for what he has done. Gez, the cats will miss you, but I'm sure we'll be calling on you again soon!!! Thank so much

John has done a professional job from start to finish.Throughout he has been courteous ,punctual and tidy .Part of the work meant access was needed through the house but mess was kept to minimum and clean . I can recommended without hesitation . The room is finished to a high standard , and is better then I imagined .

Tippo and his team were very professional at all times and involved us at all stages of the work. He explained clearly what would be done and the job was carried out to time and exactly the way it was planned. His team turned up promptly every day and were diligent, polite and courteous. I would definitely recommend Impact refurbishment.

The guy's did an excellent job refurbishing my house. From the new bathroom, Kitchen, painting, plastering etc.... No job was out of there reach, i wouldn't hesitate to use them on my next project.

Courtney was brilliant, Came round within hours of my posting and gave a very fair estimate. He then provided me with a time and day he would be round and turned up on time. The job was done quickly, cleanly and most of all professionally. He even called the next day to check I was happy with the job he had done. I would not hesitate to recommend.
