Andrew is a nice guy and does quality work, but for kitchen tiling I am afraid to say is very slow; approx 4 tiles per hour (100x200mm) or 0.8 sq m a day (10 hours). I personally (a diy'er) can do 15 tiles an hour - i.e. 4 times faster. £250 at day is expensive. (My electrician is £175 a day) I ended up capping the job at £600 and decided to complete tiling and grouting myself after 3 days. I would not have hired Andrew if I knew he was this slow and as a result expensive.

Paul was brilliant, he came out the next day and did an amazing amount of work In one day at a very hight standard and was all done for a competative price! He didnt stop for a break, was very friendly and polite will definatly recomend him to friends and my Husband is a builder and will also be keeping him in mind for any plastering jobs that he cannot do him self.
