Karl arrived on time having made a 'phone call to me first. I found him to be very personable and pleasant. He seemed to be more keen to do the job properly than to make a load of money out of it. He voluntarily spent a great deal longer than was originally anticipated and came back the next day with some materials which he had to buy to finish the job off. His conscientiousness was refreshing in these days of people rushing to get to the next job. I'd use him again if the opportunity arises.

Darrel worked with me on adjusting he quote in order to prioritise the things that needed the most attention. We were held up a few days by the weather initially, but once things were underway I was very happy with how things progressed. Jason came to provide me a new lawn, as the previous was installed very poorly. The end result is fantastic, but for me it was the craftsmanship on display up to that point that really impressed me. I have 34 years experience in property maintenance, specialising in plastering, brickwork repairs, roof repairs, fencing.
The stud wall put in is very uneven having a big bump from ceiling to floor where two walls meet the stud. They did both walls so it’s totally their fault. I would say Bryan is an okay plasterer but it was an absolute mess and very sloppy. i now have had other plasterers So know what it’s supposed to look like. I had never had a wall plastered before. He refused to give me an invoice. He asked me to pay into his wife’s account. It was all very bizzarr. I would not recommend & would say be wary.

Nice gentleman. However, did not execute as described. Insisted that removing the rubbish stopped at dumping it into my bins. The other rubbish as shown in the picture was left for me to deal. I did not have much energy to argue with him as I felt he was tired.
Seemed keen to quote when he messaged me and then rang me, but didn't turn up to quote, so wasted my time waiting for him................
