Tim and Vincent are both friendly people and did a good job painting the render on our house, it looks great. Why only 3 stars then? Because despite promising to return and better finish the woodwork near the front door/garage door they have not returned in two months - we are guessing they will not be back but would be very pleased to change this rating when the job is finalised.
Sheer class property maintenance is built on the fact that families are nowadays, busier than ever and as a result do not have time to do everything them selves. Understanding that, any spare time is valuable. With a wide range of skills we are sure to get the job done.

The work started a bit later than expected but foul weather had delayed earlier outside painting jobs. When the work started it was completed quickly, neatly and without fuss. Matthew overcharged for materials. He told me he paid £40 at Screwfix for the spikes. I was shocked and asked for a copy of the receipt but he didn't provide it. I did pay him in cash for the work then checked the price at Screwfix. The cost is £29.99 not £40. As a result, I cannot recommend him.

Some of the work was good like the trimming of the shrub and bushes. The weeding was hopeless as they have not been pulled up by the roots and some of it was not touched at all. Some of my plants were trampled on and the rose stems forcefully pushed through the obelisk were broken in their hurry to finish by five. I don't think they had any intention of returning as I was not pleased with their weeding work which was the main aspect of their work_ to get the ground ready for planting. The work has been left
