I would definitely use this company again. I felt comfortable having this gentleman in my home. He was polite, clean and tidy and did an excellent job to a very high standard, and to top it off, it was done under budget. I can't rate him highly enough and will recommend him to all my friends.

Ryan has been very good to work with, responded to queries instantly, always turned up on time and worked well. In addition to the painting and decorating, Ryan has coordinated bathroom fittings and other general building work in a house re-furb.

Darren has done a fantastic job, we needed the work doing very quickly and Darren was able to give us an assessment and undertake the work within a matter of days. The work has been carried out to an exceptional standard and I would recommend Darren to anyone, I will definitely be keeping his number close to hand for the future.

Superb service from start to finish. Express Building Solutions responded to our initial enquiry promptly, Dan called to quote the following day and fitted our gate the day after that. Dan very polite, punctual and helpful - did really good job on our gate and also fitted a small piece of fencing for us (which we hadn't requested in our original enquiry) to match the gate. Excellent all round service, nothing too much trouble, would definitely use again and recommend to anyone.

Someone came straight away to give an estimate and then came the following day to do the job. Came on time and worked solidly until job was completed. My bathroom hasn't been as clean since the day it was fitted. They offered an extra to the job as booked which was something I was happy to pay a little extra for but there was no pressure. I will use this firm again.

Absolute professional. Goes above and beyond. Originally asked him to panel and paint my living room. However he did such a good job that I also asked him to continue with my hallway, stairs and dining room. I would thoroughly recommend his work. The quote was better than expected. The builders were very clean and tidy each day. The work was completed despite the weather conditions not being perfect. The finished walls were to a high standard when compared to other nearby residential properties that have been recently pointed. I would recommend this company to anyone asking for a similar job request. My neighbours have asked for contact details of the builder after seeing the work completed.
