He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra. They set a date to come and quote the job but never turned up. After getting in touch with them again and rearranged stayed in all day waiting but still never turned up. They now don’t respond to my text messages, was very disappointed still have the gutter problem

All work as carried out to a high standard, as I live 140 miles away I had to leave the key with them and all of the work was completed when they said it would be, there is one small touch up job where a hole had not been filled (by another contractor) after the removal of a down lighter and they have offered to pop back in to just finish the painting so all in all very happy. nic.
