David and Tom Harker completely redecorated the hall in our 4 storey Victorian House. This included stripping/repapering under the dado rail throughout the hall. I was impressed how much care and effort they put into the preparation phase of the work. The painting/papering was then completed with minimal fuss and to a high standard. They were also very considerate, always leaving the work areas clean and tidy and not invading out personal space. I would recommend them without hesitation.
