First time using rated people, and not a good experience. William called out promptly, surveyed the, roof talked through the work schedule and gave a written email quote with a promise to document all work, agreed no payment until end of job and complete satisfaction. On the day of the job, requested money for materials and payment into a personal account., I should have listened to my instincts. Job remains unfinished, no evidence of what has been done despite promises to provide videos. No receipt.
Excellent job done on the preparation and finishing, without taking shortcuts. Dave took the time to prepare the frames and took the doors off the hinges, in order to do the job to a high standard and required no direction of any type. After four months of refurbishemnt of the flat, it was great coming across such a professional at the very end. Really nice guy and trustworthy, he was left in the flat to get on with the job for a week, with no concerns or issues of any type. Would highly recommend dave and I will no doubt be using him again in the future.

Ben contacted me promptly and gave me a quote over the phone - he came the following day to do the job and sent photos and a video of the work - everything was left clean and tidy. Took a bit of a chance here, as Reuben didn't have any previous comments or reviewers. However I have to say that I'm delighted I used him in the end, as well as a meticulous attention to detail and impeccable professionalism (I had chosen an unusual type of wallpaper which required a very specific type of adhesive, Reuben scoured London to find the appropriate product, therefore not finishing the job until much later than planned), he's also a really nice guy and I'll definitely use him in the future.
