We hired ES Electrical to fit our new Kitchen and also added a toilet and shower unit downstairs. First time using rated people, and not a good experience. William called out promptly, surveyed the, roof talked through the work schedule and gave a written email quote with a promise to document all work, agreed no payment until end of job and complete satisfaction. On the day of the job, requested money for materials and payment into a personal account., I should have listened to my instincts. Job remains unfinished, no evidence of what has been done despite promises to provide videos. No receipt.

Absolutely fabulous job they did, I had some broken and missing guttering, they came round to my house within the hour, looked at what needed doing, went away and bought the parts, then fitted them, they did a great job, especially as I'm scared of hights, I highly recommend them
Excellent job done on the preparation and finishing, without taking shortcuts. Dave took the time to prepare the frames and took the doors off the hinges, in order to do the job to a high standard and required no direction of any type. After four months of refurbishemnt of the flat, it was great coming across such a professional at the very end. Really nice guy and trustworthy, he was left in the flat to get on with the job for a week, with no concerns or issues of any type. Would highly recommend dave and I will no doubt be using him again in the future.
Milaim / Mosaic recently installed a new bathroom for me. This involved removing everything, repairing and plastering walls, and installing new units (shower, bath, WC, sink), tiling, painting and laying new floor. They completed the job in 8 days which was very impressive. Given this was my only bathroom and I've got young kids, they made sure that the bath was operational throughout. They also kept the place v tidy and worked incredibly hard. I will definitely use them again and recommend them highly.
