Barry and his brother-in-law Rob worked very hard paving my drive and did a first rate job. They are both friendly, courteous and trustworthy. They started on time, didn't cut any corners and the materials they used were better quality than I had anticipated. The final cost was actually cheaper than quoted. I have no hesitation in recommending them and will be inviting them to quote for any future building work that I need doing. (PS. calling himself a "handyman" undervalues his expertise).

Initially the job was to decorate the hallway in my flat but when I saw the standard of work ended up having my lounge, kitchen and bedroom decorated too. Paul very friendly guy and easy to talk to , arrived on time and cleaned up afterwards. Would certainly hire him again in the future and can highly recommend him.

Fantastic tradesman I can fully recommend for all work. Ross changed my sink, re sealed the bath and sinks, completed other maintenance work and painted and glossed my home to a very high standard, very quickly and for an excellent price. Extremely hard working, 100% reliable and trustworthy and someone we will be using again.

Ccb sent me with a formal quote via this site to undertake; leadwork, repair broken rooftiles, put in garage drainage and provide a quote for painting the external wall. The rooftiles were not repaired, others were broken as the leadwork was done. The drainage is incomplete and Chris Cook collected the money for the painting on 7 July and has disappeared with £220>00 which is dishonest.I have made many, many attempts to contact him to return my funds. Dont trust this builder

I've recently used C.B. Building & Roofing Services for a recurring leak on my old roof and have been really impressed with the work Chris has done. He was able to provide me with a genuine quote quickly and was able to arrange a time to do the work that suited us both - even considering the weather! The team were very professional and work around us to minimise the impact as different rooms were painted. I was given good advice regarding the paint colours and was listened to carefully. Matt, Matt and Sid were lovely people and I felt comfortable throughout. And my dog loved them!
