Sam built the brick and block walls and roof for our 40m2 first floor extension. The first thing he did was point out that a previous builder we had in had used the wrong bricks, then he found us the right ones. A good start. Always quiet, considerate, unflustered and a good choice of music. Very good at cleaning up afterwards. Brickwork is excellent: the window fitters commented on the accuracy of the openings. The price was good and was as quoted, so no nasty surprises. Highly recommended.

I would defiantly recommend johnny to do your plastering jobs how big or small the work is. He's friendly, punchuerial, reliable and leaves the place tidy. I hired johnny to replaster our lounge/dinner/utility plus both ceilings plus he resolved some rising damp issues we had. Excellent plastering work nice and smooth. as mentioned in my previous comment but not elaborated on ,the ' problem ' was blistering of the plaster that was already evident before the decorating started.
