Couldn't be happier with the work that David and Chris carried out. They completely transformed our garden and gave valuable input into the design as it progressed. They put in some serious hard graft to get the job completed in the timeframe they gave and the price we were quoted is exactly what we paid. They left the place clean and tidy as well. Excellent work by efficient, knowledgable and capable decorator. Jonathan had a very difficult painting job to do but stuck at it, and we ended up with a beautifully decorated ceiling. Price was very reasonable and he tidied up very well! Highly recommended. Will be using this man again! Pamela Todd

What a great guy Tom is. He contacted me quickly and managed to fit me in just before Christmas to fit two electric radiators after I’d been let down by another tradesman. He was very professional and had all the correct equipment with him to complete the job, not to mention plenty of experience across a range of trades. I’d definitely recommend Tom and will be using him again in the future.

I would not hesitate to recommend S & L Property Services (Leeds) Ltd. Luke and Jamie fitted my kitchen within the expected time, as quoted and did a fantastic job. They went over and above to sort out my design and the delivery when my supplier messed up!; showed great attention to detail and finish; were very clean and tidy; and even started early & finished late get the kitchen finished on time. I will be definitely be using their services again! Brilliant job, thank you.

Good tradesman, well equipped with quality tools, attention to detail - e.g. the powered plane used to trim doors to fit had a dust bag to collect the shavings was impressive, also first task inside the door was to fit overshoes to protect my new carpets. New screw fixings used as appropriate too to eliminate unknowns. We'd had a pre call on the 'phone to understand these requirements and fully delivered on them. Most excellent, discussed other capabilities too, to keep in my address book.

I found Paul on RatedPeople site. Thank goodness I did. Paul is an absolute find, honest, trustworthy and extremley hard working. He transformed my deceased Mums house from a gloomy neglected property to a awesome saleable property. 5stars dont do him justice if i could i would make 10. So if anyone wants a job doing to a extremley high standard and attention to detail and on budget and on time ...look no further. This guy is worth every £ ! In fact dont look anywhere else. Get Paul in for a superb job.
