Great serivice by Dorian, he was greatly helpful to understand my objectives for the works needed and the deadlines I had to achieve those. He's spot-on for electrics, but he was outstanding on all-round trading works, excelling also on painting, flooring and plumbing, even if a fully busy schedule during the working week and thus committing flexibly during his extra time on evenings and weekends. I used the Rated People website for the first time when the recent bad winds damaged our fences. Although I posted the request on a Sunday night - I was amazed when Ash responded an hour later, following up promptly with a call the next morning. Ash completed the work that same week. He stayed in full contact with us throughout, with updates and details whilst the work was under way. The response and communication was amazing, workmanship was top quality, and the costs very fair.
