Andrew is a nice guy and does quality work, but for kitchen tiling I am afraid to say is very slow; approx 4 tiles per hour (100x200mm) or 0.8 sq m a day (10 hours). I personally (a diy'er) can do 15 tiles an hour - i.e. 4 times faster. £250 at day is expensive. (My electrician is £175 a day) I ended up capping the job at £600 and decided to complete tiling and grouting myself after 3 days. I would not have hired Andrew if I knew he was this slow and as a result expensive.

If I could give 10 stars for each category I would! I cannot say how happy I am with the finished job and with the clean and tidy way in which it was conducted. Patrick is obviously highly skilled and he works very hard. That said, nothing is too much trouble for this young man, and it's clear that his customer's satisfaction is paramount. We are a period/listed property restoration company. We specialise in traditional materials and methods. Often our work is to Identity and rectify damp issues which arise from the use of modern materials on period properties where breathable materials are imperative for the buildings features and characteristics to function. Once the breathability of the property is compromised damp issues will occur. We offer damp assessments for your property with a full report to guide you in the right direction eradicating current and future damp issues.
