I would defiantly recommend Tom Spellman. they installed a gas cooker on the day they advised. Friendly engineers who even put the old cooker in the garden for me. I was let down twice until I used this site top company. Richard

Arrived on time on the appointed day. Initial job was done well however unforeseen complications arose due to previous non maintenance of central heating system and Jimi worked on to ensure heating was fully operational. Very satisfied with work and would employ again for further plumbing/heating jobs

Very disappointing standard of work, i wish i could attach photos. Asked for money upfront for work not done, even asked for diesel money. When challenged, lied about what was included in the quote.

Dave was fantastic all the way through the job. His price was extremely reasonable and he stuck very near to the original quote even though the job turned out to be significantly more complicated than first anticipated and took longer than we first thought. He kept us very well informed throughout and arrived on time every day. A generally very friendly and easy going guy - would happily use him again.

James is a true craftsman. He is hardworking, punctual, reliable, trustworthy and a great guy. James has a vast knowledge and the ability to carry out all various types of work asked of him. We feel very lucky to have found such a nice bloke who does a real quality job. Unlike a lot of builders James does a full day's work and is very conscientious and charges a fair price. Mian complaint is not the mistake but being ignored for months after. We quickly discovered cracks in the walls and ceilings which he did not come back and rectify. He also failed to notice some rising damp which he simply painted over . This damp then became visible and discoloured the wall. This meant that we had to pay for damp proofers to come and take the plaster off the wall Shahid painted and we are waiting for a different painter and decorator to come and re-do the job we paid Shahid to do.

Didn't give the Job to Gareth, however this was not a reflection on anything about Gareth. He was prompt polite and knowledgeable, it just came down to me needing the bottom price even though Gareth's quote was very competitive. I had to go with the cheapest for me.
