Greg contacted me and came to quote very soon afterwards. He promptly gave me a reasonable quote, which I accepted, and began work just a few days later. He did an excellent job, finished when he said he would and cleared up after himself before leaving. Couldn’t ask for more.

In the last 10 years the business has diversified and now accommodates a scheme of works within construction from kitchens to bathrooms, gardens to bedrooms, fire and flood damaged properties and more. Gareth employs several staff and subcontracts to NICEIC registered Electricians and GAS SAFE registered gas engineers. Therefore, GMS can offer project managing and the client only needs to converse with one trade [GMS] rather than multiple. Thus, taking the stress out of the job.

We have been very pleased with the renovation work done by Waycon. You need a good relationship with your builder in taking on ideas and not being afraid to ask questions. We have exactly this with Steve and James, a great job done with precision and thought. We now have garages which are an asset to the neighbourhood with several enquiries from passers by as to who had done the work - in itself a tribute to the quality of their work. We had our front garden fence removed and replaced with a brick wall. The finished result looks amazing. I’m so happy with it. The staff were courteous and professional and worked super hard and efficiently. The whole job took a week which was faster than expected. They left everything clean and tidy. After receiving several quotes they were very competitively priced too. Can not recommend highly enough
