I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. We had our wooden back door replaced for a new uPVC one on 21/10/11 and were very pleased with the job. Communication was excellent - he came and measured the door and provided a price the following day, which was very competitive, as well as a choice of installation dates. Very punctual and tidy, completing the job in a few hours and taking the old door away leaving no mess. We've since requested a quote for new windows which seemed very reasonable. Would recommend.

Received an immediate response to a leak that had become critical on New Year's Eve. John & team came out straight away, put measures in place to prevent the situation worsening and gave a very thorough assessment of the job at a good price.
