First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Mark did an excellent job removing an old shower enclosure and installing a new. larger and more suitable one. For one plumbing project, he felt it better to get someone with the appropriate skills - he sorted that out and found a good person to do that job. Mark was friendly, punctual and cleaned up well at the end of the project.
