I recently had my ensuite refitted and couldn't be happier! Phil was professional, punctual, and skilled. He understood my vision, offered great suggestions, and delivered exceptional workmanship. Every tile is perfectly aligned, fixtures are sleek, and the finish is flawless. He kept the workspace tidy and completed everything on schedule. His attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were outstanding. Highly recommend Phil for a high-quality, stress-free renovation!

Wonderful Fencer. We were more than happy with the wonderful job Dean has done, and all as a one-man fencer.. Very professional, yet friendly, did just what he said he would do for the agreed price. We can't praise Dean more, he is so different from a couple of so-called gardeners we had employed before. Want a superb worker who is totally trustworthy, you can do no better than Dean Dainty. I am very pleased with the work done by JMR. The tradesmen were pleasant and happy to make any changes or additions to the original plans, with the approval of James (the boss). Nic did an amazing job of the plastering, and Tristan applied his many skills to the build. The estimate was reasonable, and was also the final price charged for the original plan. James charged a fair price for the extra work I requested, and was open to discussion on any aspect of the build. A job well done.

Ernie arrived on time got straight down to business he made me a bespoke cabinet and shelves for an alcove to my requirements put a tv and soundbar on wall. The work he carried out was superb he listened to everything I asked for he exceeded my expectations I've already booked him for next job. Ernie is a top bloke and reliable.

Kriss arrived at the time we arranged with everything he needed to complete the job. He worked nonstop the whole of the day, I practically had to force a cup of tea down him. He is hardworking, conscious and easy to get on with. I was very pleased with his work, so much so, that I had him back the following week. If you want a reliable person who offers top quality work at an affordable price then Kriss is your man.

Dave and the team did an excellent job extending our kitchen into an open plan kitchen/diner. They worked quickly and efficiently, and the work is to a very high standard. Trusted Dave and team to make the right decisions for the job and would happily work with them again. Would recommend.

Very good service provided at a reasonable price. The quote was the cheapest I received but this was not reflected in the high quality of the work. (PS. I SUBMITTED MY COMMENTS THE WEEK FOLLOWING COMPLETION OF THE WORK SO i DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY YOU DIDN'T RECIEVE THEM ! Possibly cos I'm new to the process )

I would not hesitate to recommend S & L Property Services (Leeds) Ltd. Luke and Jamie fitted my kitchen within the expected time, as quoted and did a fantastic job. They went over and above to sort out my design and the delivery when my supplier messed up!; showed great attention to detail and finish; were very clean and tidy; and even started early & finished late get the kitchen finished on time. I will be definitely be using their services again! Brilliant job, thank you.

Roy was punctual every day, he worked hard, knew what he was doing, making sure I was happy with the work and keeping me informed of how the job was going. He left the area tidy each day and was always polite. I am very happy with his workmanship and would not hesitate in recommending him to anyone.

Jose and his colleagues were extremely hardworking, reliable, polite and friendly. They completed the work in the time originally estimated with a minimum of fuss to a vey high standard.
