I cant speak highly enough of Deans work. His quote was very competative, he was always on time, very polite and friendly, put dust covers everywhere he went and cleaned up 100% afterwards. The work he did was perfect, he worked very hard and the wife and I are very pleased. We will definatly be using Deans services again.

Jamie and his colleague did an excellent job for us. (April ) They supplied and painstakingly fitted six internal doors, fitted a new garage side door and mended our back gate. Arrived promptly and were extremely polite courteous and tidy - working with barely a break for two days! Excellent price. We can wholeheartedly recommend JPO maintenance and indeed are calling upon their services again very soon. Thank you The Mason family

A fantastic experience - we could tell Darren was a professional from the moment he first visited and his work and professionalism was of the highest order. He worked fast, solved the inevitable problems (caused by our kitchen not his work) with sensible workarounds and produced a kitchen we are really really chuffed with. We would employ him again and already have done so!

They turned up on time every day, worked 7 days a week to get the job done, listened to what I wanted. They cleaned up after themselves every day and just worked constantly throughout the day.The price quoted was very competitive. I would definately use them again. The job that I had done was a complete bathroom refurbishment and roof repair.

Nick and Dave were a real pleasure to have around. They were very understanding when we changed our minds, they looked for solutions to difficult situations, extremely tidy and excellent work. We are already using them again for other work around the house. Highly recommend!

Patrick was always reliable and turned up on time every day. His quality of work and expertise were excellent, as was that of his team. Although the job required major renovation, the work was carried out in a clean and efficient manner with minimal disruption to ourselves. Very flexible and the renovation work was finsihed on time and within budget. I would not hesitate to recommend Patrick at Element Home Improvements to anyone considering renovations to their home.

Jason has quoted us a very reasonable price and came out of his way to review a job for us - we will be contacting him in the very near future as we have to concentrate on another part of our home first.. but we found Jason to be very accommodating, professional.

Time keeping was spot on plus the workmanship is 10/10. He left the house tidier than when he found it lol. If only I could find a plumber like him I'd be a happy man!

Excellent communication response time. Thank you Steve. Great communicator. Appointment to tender was not kept (by me) as decided to use another company. If I had any further work to be done though, would ring him to give me a quote. Having to fill in quality and value on this questionnaire, although could not comment but going to give a 4 star rating so can process reliability communication/response rating which was excellent.
