I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Russell and Tom are very reliable people who can offer high quality for renovation, tiling, plastering, and, like in our case, kitchen fitting. You can talk openly with them and they can also provide good advice that meets your personal budget and expectations. The job was finished on time, with no delays on their part, and they showed an excellent understanding of our needs. Nick was able to start work very quickly and did a beautiful job with the wooden worktops we needed fitting. Good quality work and very reliable!
They turned up on time every day, worked 7 days a week to get the job done, listened to what I wanted. They cleaned up after themselves every day and just worked constantly throughout the day.The price quoted was very competitive. I would definately use them again. The job that I had done was a complete bathroom refurbishment and roof repair.

I found Joe through Rated People and it was clear from the outset that he was very experienced. I appointed him and he has since completed a complete refurbishment of my two bedroom property - my tenants and I are absolutely delighted with the end result. Duane did a fantastic job fitting our kitchen worktops for us along with adding 2 kitchen units we could not have asked for better work amd the kitchen now looks brilliant Duane came exactly when he said he would except for a 1 week delay but the work we received was well worth the wait. Derek and Jack were absolutely excellent, before starting the work Derek spent a great deal of time working through the design with me and ensured everything was prepared for the new bathroom. During the work Jack was excellent and his work is of superb standard. He arrived promptly every day and worked extremely hard. I was always kept up to date with what was going on and was listened to for all aspects of the design and layout. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again; they'll be doing my kitchen soon!

Top quality work. Keystone done our en suite, drive way and our new kitchen diner with bi-fold doors and the place looks totally transformed. Great price and the work quality was top! The guys were very honest, easy to get along with and when ever we had any issues , suggestions or addition things doing they sorted straight away. Would highly recommend.

We have the home we wanted so we are happy with the job. It wasn't just refurbishment, but constructive changes took place and also rooms were remodelled, ceiling constructions were redone and new floors were laid down. The new wall frames were built according to our specific request and in the end we were satisfied by the final job as well.
