Great work on our bathroom from this company. Clear and honest communication prior to the work. Started and finished on time despite a few unexpected bumps in the road. Top drawer standard of work. Would highly recommend and will for sure use again

The plumber Completed my bathroom, there was a leak under the bath. I called the plumber and he said he would be here on Friday to fix it. After a week I am still waiting. Been calling and texting the guy everyday but no reply. Terrible service from them!

Michael went over and beyond to try and fix our boiler, but it was just not to be. Within 2 days, the new boiler fitted at the cost agreed. Would highly recommend.

I really wouldn’t recommend these guys. The work they did was shoddy with lots of cut corners. Couldn’t even cut the flooring pieces in a straight line. So disappointed with the finish they did.

Turned up, took some measurements, told us to select gravel type and visit local builder's yard which we did. Upon contacting again, said he'd re-visit at 7:30, failed to turn up, ignored phone calls, never heard from him since, completely unprofessional.

I would never use theses fly guy again all week they were in my house to do small jobs they wasted time and always made excuses everyday and did not turn up in morning always late afternoon thats if they bothered to turn up at all and to top it all of they tried to rip me of and charge me £850 for materials for my loft which only cost £298 they also wanted £700 for doing the job which was only flooring a loft the lies they told was disgusting Am going to take this further they should not be trading

Very happy with the final outcome of the renovation. Very professional company with friendly, hardworking and skilled staff. Couldn't be more happy with how the bathroom looks now. I cannot rate this tradesman low enough – I’ve had to hire qualified tradesmen to complete the job Mr Montgomery started because he refused to see me and called me a c*nt. The tradesman he recommended was so poor that the electrician I had to hire to fix his mess after nothing in my flat would work informed me the work he did was illegal and questioned whether he was actually trained. I now cannot get reimbursement that he agreed upon back. This job cost me an un-budgeted £1000 in extra tradesmen.

Was originally happy with cuts, but has failed to seal the worktops properly, resulting in bubbling from water ingress. Failed to return calls and missed appointment with no explanation.
