I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. Really good quality work but really unreliable. I had him start a job in February and it's still not completed. Always cancelling when I took time off work to be at home to allow access and monitor works in my home. Really shocked that I have been totally disregarded as a customer who has also paid good money to get work done. Would not recommend!! avoid.

I at first thought they'd done a REASONABL job but the finish was not brilliant. As my husband is disabled everything had to be safe and secure. One of the things I stressed was the toilet seat. On first use the seat fell off so I contacted AJR to get a better seat. Tony rang with a price at approx £50 + and I agreed. Since then I've not heard from him. Despite calls to also say my husband is struggling to flush the toilet. HE KNOWS MY SITUATION YET HAS CHOSEN TO IGNORE. I SPENT A LOT OF MONEY. DO NOT TRUST
