David was excellent. Communication superb, always replied to emails and texts very promptly. Excellent tiling. Flexible, accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Although he was scheduled to finish as planned at the end of the week and would have done had the taps I ordered had come on time, he came back as soon as the taps were the delivered the following week. Two bathrooms and downstairs loo done and we will be asking David to come back to do our two other bathrooms.

They turned up on time every day, worked 7 days a week to get the job done, listened to what I wanted. They cleaned up after themselves every day and just worked constantly throughout the day.The price quoted was very competitive. I would definately use them again. The job that I had done was a complete bathroom refurbishment and roof repair.

It was a pleasure to have Sam install our bathroom. Nothing was too much trouble and he even called 2 days before the start date to check all was OK and proceeded to fit a new gate valve to enable me to disconnect the old suite. He also collected bathroom fittings for us to save a 30 mile round trip. He worked hard on the installation to finish it as soon as possible but maintained a very high quality of finish. He made suggestions to improve the final appearance which were very welcome.

Excellent communication response time. Thank you Steve. Great communicator. Appointment to tender was not kept (by me) as decided to use another company. If I had any further work to be done though, would ring him to give me a quote. Having to fill in quality and value on this questionnaire, although could not comment but going to give a 4 star rating so can process reliability communication/response rating which was excellent.

We hired Cani Building Services to replace the front stairs and pathway of our Victorian home with granite pavers in the spring of 2025. Did a great job boxing, tiling and plumbing new cloakroom. Very reliable, trustworthy and helpful with designs. Would definitely have back to do more bathroom renovations.

Michael was nothing short of amazing! He was friendly and extremely efficient in the work he did, he took pride in his work asking for it to be checked and ensuring I was happy with it before leaving.
