Joseph arrived late, brought incorrect and insufficient materials & took 8hrs to finish 3 small jobs. When I raised concerns, he deflected blame & suggested I buy more materials or have the job incomplete. I had to call for help to intervene before he agreed to complete the work. After paying, he made inappropriate comments about how I should have negotiated with him & about 'understanding people's minds.' I wouldn’t recommend his services, I wish him the best and hope he continues to improve his skills.

Not only was he efficient and thorough, but he was also extremely tidy, leaving everything spotless once the job was done. I was especially impressed that he came 3 hours early to accommodate the early delivery of the wardrobes. That level of flexibility and dedication is rare and very much appreciated.
